Participation

The game is open to individuals aged 18 or older.

Conditions of Participation

Purchase an ebook which is part of the promotion and does not qualify as a lottery ticket or entry fee.

Registration

Register is open to participants worldwide. Each person may register only once. A single participant may purchase up to 40 ebooks (total value: $2,000). Automated, bulk, or third-party registrations will automatically be disqualified.

Game duration

Sales Period #1: 1 June – 31 August, 2025
Sales Period #2: 1 Septembre – 30 Novembre, 2025

Prize Draw #1: October 2025 (if all 4,000 ebooks are sold out during Sales #1)
Prize Draw #2: Before Christmas 2025 (if all ebooks are sold by the end of Sales #2)

If all 4,000 ebooks are not sold by November 30, 2025, the game will continue until the full quantity is sold.

Charity

$20,000 of the total proceeds will go to charity! With your purchase, you’ll support a civil society organization in areas like: Healthcare, Education, Culture, Youth, Social Affairs, Community Development, and more. Eligible organizations must be officially registered in Georgia.

Prize Draw

The winner will be selected by a random draw, held in the presence of a notary, within 3 weeks after the ebook sale ends. The draw will be broadcast LIVE on YouTube and social media. The winner will be notified via email. If no response is received within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.

Important notice

This prize draw is not a lottery. The prize draw is not intended for direct financial gain; it is linked to the purchase of a product and serves a promotional purpose. Participation in the prize draw requires the purchase of an eBook. Every eBook comes with a unique serial number that enters you into the draw.
